PhotoHeadstones DOES NOT SELL OR PROVIDE INSTALLATION SERVICES. 

We’re always glad to support you with any cemetery or funeral home in the U.S. or Canada. To ensure clear and reliable communication, we work with them by email or fax only.

While we’re happy to answer your questions by phone, we do not place calls to cemeteries or funeral homes.

If a cemetery or funeral home has questions, we’re happy to respond—again, this must be done through email or fax. Please note that approval, fees, and installation remain the customer’s responsibility, and we do not provide cemetery approval services, installation, or installer coordination under any circumstances.

None of our products on our website include installation performed by us. Under no circumstances do we accept money for installation and this is ALWAYS BEST HANDLED BY YOUR LOCAL CEMETERY OR INSTALLER. No exceptions. Don’t worry, we’re here to help and make it easy.

PhotoHeadstones is interested in you receiving a headstone that is not only of the highest quality, but that will be acceptable for wherever you decide to install your memorial. As a courtesy, to protect your order, we require an approval of a layout proof of your headstone before commencing production and shipping. This is sent to you via email to the email address you provided when you placed your order. 

NO ORDER WILL ENTER PRODUCTION OR BE SHIPPED WITHOUT YOUR EXPLICIT APPROVAL OF THE LAYOUT PROOF SENT TO YOU VIA EMAIL. NO EXCEPTIONS. THIS IS DONE TO PROTECT YOU AND YOUR ORDER!  

Our company ships orders daily all over North America. We do our best to provide you a headstone that will be accepted to cemeteries. However, it is ultimately your sole responsibility to check with your cemetery BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE and BEFORE SIGNING YOUR LAYOUT PROOF

We are not responsible for cemeteries rejecting headstones and will not under any circumstance provide a replacement, a refund or credit for rejected headstones. No exceptions.
